We are so excited and happy to be able to offer this episode, #75, of the 200churches Podcast to all of our small church pastor friends!! Dan Reiland, Executive Pastor of 12Stone Church in Lawrenceville, GA, BRINGS THE HEAT! It's so fun to produce a podcast that small church pastors do not need to adapt to their smaller context - it's already dead on for you!
In the process of giving six thoughts about problem solving, Dan provides some priceless leadership tips that you can begin to implement... TODAY.
Here are the six simple thoughts for solving problems one at a time that Dan unpacks in this episode. I list them for your reference, but the podcast is so much better! :)
Dan mentions Robert Morris and his book, The Blessed Life: Unlocking the Rewards of Generous Living. We hope that you are encouraged, inspired, and affirmed as you listen to this episode. Your leadership, teaching, pastoral care, and oversight of your 200church is making a HUGE impact in the Kingdom of God. God loves his sheep and has given you to them to love and care for them. Enjoy it even as you assume the responsibility very seriously. 6/18/2014 02:35:56 am
I find myself getting a little impatient waiting for Wednesdays to come around. Love the interaction between both hosts ... Great podcast again today ... I am sure the list of 6 ways of problem solving have biblical references ... can you perhaps share some? Man's wisdom is pretty good but if it can be connected to God word then even better... does that make sense? love to hear your thoughts ... thanks bob - i also forwarded this to about 10 guys i know in church leadership hoping they will hop on board too ... keep up the great work .. thanks bob 6/18/2014 03:41:31 am
Bob, another philosophical item Jonny and I decided when we started 200churches was that our aim was the encouragement and affirmation of small church pastors. We do not major on theology or Scripture, on the podcast, because we all as pastors major on theology and Scripture in our ministries. So, we try to not preach theological messages, but simply talk to pastors. Comments are closed.
