I especially loved the last few minutes where I really felt the advice was so powerfully condensed. "Learn to pray. Learn to read the Bible. Learn to love others. Then let the chips fall where they may."

So glad you enjoyed the podcast Matt! This one was exceptional as Wright affirmed so strongly small churches and their pastors. Ministry happens in individual lives too, and in small churches/groups too! Big is good and small is good. They are very different. Thanks for the kind words Matt!
Having read quite a bit of NTW, I was quite excited to hear this podcast (quite a score guys!). It added yet another aspect to person whom I have spent so many hours reading.
